The Carice Elgar Room has a range of facilities available to ensure that whether you are holding a conference, recital or musical masterclass, all your needs are met.
Refreshments
Tea, coffee and biscuits can be provided at a cost of £1.50 per person.
Tea, coffee and cake can be provided at a cost of £2.50 per person.
Hot water, crockery and utensils can be supplied for a cost of £25.00 if you would like to serve your own refreshments.
Buffets can be arranged using outside caterers. Please see the sample menu for an idea of the type of selection that the Museum can offer:

Parking
The Elgar Birthplace Museum has parking available for up to 60 cars and two coaches.
Capacity
The Carice Elgar Room can comfortably seat up to 60 people in a theatre style and up to 30 in a Boardroom set-up.
Equipment
The Carice Elgar Room has access to audio, video, and IT equipment, which can be hired for a cost of £10.00. There is also a portable induction loop available for up to 7 users, as well air conditioning and access to lots of natural daylight.
60 comfortable chairs and 10 fold-away tables are available.
The wooden floor of our function room is sprung and therefore ideal for dance or exercise classes.
A Bluthner grand piano is available and the option of a piano tuner can be provided to ensure your musical concert is a roaring success.
